IP Vision Status Update

We are pleased to confirm the sale of FetchTV, the multi-platform video on demand service to ShopTo.net, a leading online entertainment retailer (www.shopto.net).

Igor Cipolletta, ShopTo's CEO noted "We will continue to make appropriate investments related to growing our multichannel strategy as the online entertainment market evolves with new technology and customer consumption habits."

IP Vision's consulting and OTT technical services arm will be operated by Vision360 (www.vis360.co.uk).

Peter Kubik and Michael Kiely were appointed Joint Administrators of IP Vision (UK) Limited ("the Company") on 22 December 2011. The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability.
